Skills For Employment Project (SEP )/ADB

Skills for Employment Project (SEP) , supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB)is being implemented by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). Ministry of Education (MOE)is its executing agency.While supporting Tenth Plans Poverty reduction goals, the project aims to promote poverty reduction and stability in Nepal by increasing the employment opportunities through market oriented market oriented short term (MOST) skills training particularly for women , dalits and the disadvantaged groups. The project will

1. Increase access to MOST Skills Training
2. Strengthen key agencies to enhance their services toward a market oriented vocational training sector
3. Strengthen training providers towards greater market relevance and  improved quality and
4. Develop and articulate a new comprehensive and effective national TEVT policy.
